情報・資料の収集提供 Collecting and providing information
情報・資料の収集提供を通じて、市民の国際感覚と国際理解を醸成し、また、市内に在住する外国人のための利便を図ります。
NIA encourages the development of Nishinomiya citizens' international interest and international understanding through
the collection and provision of related information. It is also intended for the convenience foreigners living in Nishinomiya.
資料コーナー The materials section
国際関係の各種図書、辞典や新聞（日本語、英語、中国語）、雑誌の閲覧コーナーの利用。
賛助会員は図書の貸出が利用できます。
A reading room with various books about international related issues, dictionaries,
newspapers (Japanese, English, and Chinese), and magazines.
NIA Members can borrow these books free of charge.
展示コーナー The exhibition corner
マルチビジョンや展示台、展示パネルを使い、国際理解を深める企画展を始め、市政情報や各種の展示・掲示を行っています。
また、このコーナーの一般への貸し出しも行っています。
We always have some exhibitions related to international understanding or giving
information about municipal administration. Also, it is available for rent by the public.
NIAふれあいボード NIA Bulletin Board
国際交流に関する情報交換、情報提供の場として市民の方に無料でご利用いただける掲示板です。イベント情報や、教えてください・教えますなどの情報で賑わっています。利用ご希望の方は協会窓口にてお申し込みください。
The Bulletin Board is available for citizens to use for information exchange for free.
It is always bustling with event information and private information such as "please teach me " or
"I will teach you " etc. Please ask at the desk if you would like to use it.

相談事業 Consultation Service
外国人の皆さんからの生活相談や、市民の皆さんからの国際交流に関する質問などを受け付けています。
We deal with questions from non-Japanese residents about their daily life and from Japanese citizens about international exchange.

西宮国際交流デー Nishinomiya International Exchange Day
協会の賛助会員とボランティアならびに一般市民、外国人の参加により、国際交流活動について理解を深め、情報交換を行い、そして懇親を深める催しです。
With Supporting members, Volunteer members, Nishinomiya citizens, and foreigners participation, this event is held for understanding international exchange activities, doing information exchange, and deepening friendship. It is held once a year.
姉妹友好都市交流展 The sister city and friendly cities' exchange exhibition.
講演会・展示会・物産展・絵画展などを記念となる年に開催。
Lectures, Exhibitions, Product Exhibitions, Art Exhibitions etc. are to be held on commemorative years of the affiliation with them.
元気印国際交流 Genki-jirushi Internaitonal Exchange
さくらFM（78.7MHz）毎月第3・4土曜日11時30分～11時50分放送。外国人ゲストを迎えお話を伺うほか、国際交流に関する情報を紹介しています。
Broadcasted from Sakura FM (78.7MHz) every third and fourth Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to 11:50 a.m., the program invites non-Japanese guests for interviews and also introduces information on international exchange.
世界のみんなとつながろう!! Let's Connect with People from All over the World
さくらFM(78.7MHz)毎週土曜日12時～12時15分放送。外国人住民に生活に役立つ情報や防災情報、イベント情報を提供しています。2008年4月～9月は中国語、ポルトガル語で放送します。インターネットでも聴いていただけます。
On Sakura FM 78.7MHz every Saturday, from 12:00 noon to 12:15 p.m., the program offers local news and disaster prevention information in Chinese and Portuguese. This Program is also available for streaming at our website.
助成制度 Aid System
民間の自主的な国際交流活動を奨励するため、国際交流団体が主催する各種国際交流事業に対して一部資金助成を行ないます。
In order to encourage voluntary international exchange activities at loval level, NIA allocate some of the funds for those international exchange projects which are sponsored by an international exchange group.
| 応募できる団体 eligible group | 西宮市内に所在する国際交流活動に継続的に取組む民間団体で、法人でも任意の団体でも応募できます。 A group which is residing in Nishinomiya and continuously acting for international exchange. It doesn't matter whether it's a legal corporation or a voluntary group. |

| 助成対象事 objective project | 前記の団体が実施する次の事業 1.海外に対する協力事業 |
| 助成額 amount of support | 1事業につき最高5万円。ただし、助成対象事業費には、事務所の家賃等団体の通常の管理経費や海外への渡航旅費等団体が自ら負担すべき経費は含みません。 50,000 yen maximum per project, however those expenses that should be paid for by themselves such as management expenses including rental cost for their office, or travel cost for overseas are not covered by the fund. |
| 助成件数 how many cases | 予算の範囲内で可能な件数を予定しています。 As many as NIA can support within its budget. |
| 募集手続 Procedure for apply | 助成金の交付を受けようとする団体は、所定の申請書により、事業計画書を添えて毎年4月1日から5月31日までに当協会事務局に提出していただきます。 An eligible group should fill an application, with a project plan attached and submit them to NIA between Apr.1 and May.31. |
| 選考・決定・報告 Selection, Decision, Report | 申請のあったものについて、審査の上、助成の可否及び助成金額を決定します。 また、助成事業を完了したときは、完了した日から30日以内に事業実績の報告をしていただきます。 All applications will be checked and determined whether it will be supported or not and the amount of support. Also, when a supported project has been completed, the group is required to report its result to the association within 30 days of the completion date. |

原則として、国際交流活動等を行う市民の方に貸し出します。
Generally, NIA will rent their facilities to citizens who organize international exchange activities.
